About The Contest.

The Play Like Robert Foundation is teaming up with the Missoula Paddleheads Professional Baseball team and Davis Brothers Auction Service to sponsor a “Play Like Robert Night” at one of their home games for the 2025 season. We are launching a jersey design contest for the uniform tops that will be worn by the Paddleheads on that special day. The jerseys will then be auctioned off to raise funds for the Play Like Robert Foundation to continue their work in community building.

We know that young people have a creativity that Robert demonstrated daily. Before he left us in 2019 he showed us a spirit and willingness to ”try” that was special. Could you share your talents with us? If you could make your own t-shirt what would it look like? What would you include?

Play - Robert loved all sports, activities, and games along with his teammates and family.

Each design submitted will receive one free ticket to Paddleheads Stadium for the Play Like Robert Weekend!

August 9-10, 2025

Winners Receive a Prize!

In addition to having your design featured on the Paddleheads jersey, the winning design will receive:

01. a FREE JERSEY

A free jersey featuring their design for both the designer and that student’s sponsor (parent/teacher).

02. TICKETS FOR THE FAMILY

Free entry for winning designer’s family for the Play Like Robert Night (limit 5 people).

03. THROW OUT THE FIRST PITCH

Invitation to throw out the ceremonial first pitch for finalists in each grade category (K-5th, 6th-8th, 9th-12th).

How To Enter

Create your design & submit it via the Contest Submission Form.

Hand drawn signs must be scanned & submitted.

Ideally files will be a vector-based EPS file, a high-resolution JPEG or PDF file.

How Winners Will be Chosen

The Paddleheads and the PLRF will choose up to three “finalist” designs, one from each grade level category (k-5, 6-8, 9-12) on the following criteria:

Contest Rules & Guidelines

Submitted entries become the property of the Missoula Paddleheads and the Play Like Robert Foundation upon upload. The Missoula Paddleheads reserve the right to make adjustments, including colors of the design & the shirt as needed.

All submissions must be received by March, 15, 2025.
